1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Blox Scribe. If you are between 13 and 18, you may use the Service only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Use of the Service

You may use Blox Scribe solely for lawful purposes. You agree not to:

• Use the Service to create or distribute malicious, harmful, or prohibited content.
• Reverse engineer, modify, or interfere with the Service.
• Use the Service to violate Roblox's Terms of Use, Community Standards, or any applicable law.
• Attempt to access other users' data or accounts.
• Abuse or overload the Service in a way that disrupts access for others.

We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violate these Terms.

3. Generated Code

The Service generates Luau scripts and placement instructions using AI. You understand and agree that:

• Generated code may contain errors and should be reviewed before use in any published Roblox game.
• You are solely responsible for testing and verifying any generated code.
• Blox Scribe does not guarantee that generated content is bug-free, unique, or appropriate for your specific game.

You assume all risks associated with using AI-generated content in your projects.

4. Roblox Studio Plugin

The Blox Scribe Studio plugin syncs your Explorer tree to our servers to provide context-aware script placement. By installing and using the plugin, you consent to this data being transmitted and stored as described in our Privacy Policy. You may disconnect the plugin at any time.

5. Intellectual Property

All trademarks, branding, and proprietary materials belonging to Blox Scribe remain our exclusive property. You retain ownership of any content you input and any code generated for you through the Service.

6. Payment & Cancellation

Paid plans are billed monthly and renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing date. Your 3-day free trial requires a valid payment method. No charge is made during the trial period. Cancel anytime through your account settings.

All sales are final. Refunds may be granted at our discretion in limited circumstances. Contact us at BloxScribe@gmail.com for billing issues.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We disclaim all warranties including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee uptime, accuracy of generated content, or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Blox Scribe is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
• Our total liability will not exceed the amount you paid us in the past 12 months, or $50 if you have not paid.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
